Mediators/Arbitrators/Fact Finders
NRS 288.190 requires the EMRB to
maintain a list of mediators who will assist local governments and employee
organizations in negotiations. Likewise, a number of sections of NRS 288
discuss the role of the EMRB in the formation of panels regarding fact finding.
To this end, the EMRB has posted here the lists of individuals who have agreed
to serve as mediators and/or fact finders. Additionally, we have included a
third list of individuals who are also willing to serve as
arbitrators.
These lists are available below. Although developed for its intended
use under NRS 288, please feel free to use these lists for any of your dispute
resolution matters or grievance needs pursuant to your collective bargaining
agreement.
