Mission Statement
The Government Employee-Management Relations Board, a division of the Department of Business and Industry, fosters the
collective bargaining process between local governments and their employee
organizations, the Executive Department of the State of Nevada and certain State employees, provides support in the process, and resolves
disputes as they arise.
