organization. We are flexible both as to the subject matter and the length of
the presentation.
Presentations
in the past have covered the purpose and workings of the EMRB, a description of
our current projects for improving the agency, and a review of recent
decisions.
We can also
speak on various subjects. For instance, we can give a presentation to your
employee organization on the duty of fair representation or to your human resources staff on a review of the subjects of mandatory bargaining.
We can

Please note that for budgetary
reasons it may be difficult for EMRB staff, who are located in Las Vegas, to
give a presentation in the Northern part of the state unless the presentation
is tied to already scheduled EMRB business.
